Published in 1922, this is Katherine Mansfield's last novel, written while fighting the disease. This is her last collection of novels by modernist writer Katherine Mansfield, who lived as an art frontier, experimenting in both her life and her creative activities until her death at the young age of thirty-four. The short stories included are 15 episodes including Little Girl, Sailing, Female Protagonist, Ideal Family, and Stranger.
