Eight Cousins 또는 The Aunt-Hill은 미국 소설가 Louisa May Alcott이 1875년에 출판했다. 주제는 최근에 고아가 되어 그녀의 부유한 보스턴 가족의 여주인 처녀 고모(아직 보호자가 있음)와 함께 살아야 하는 외롭고 병약한 소녀 로즈 캠벨의 이야기다. 로즈의 후견인인 알렉 삼촌이 해외에서 돌아오면 로즈를 돌봐 준다. 육아에 대한 그의 비정통적인 이론을 통해 그녀는 일곱 명의 남자 사촌과 수많은 숙모와 삼촌으로 구성된 가족에서 자신의 자리를 찾는 동안 더 행복하고 건강해진다. 그녀는 또한 그녀의 숙모의 젊은 가정부인 Phebe와 친구가 된다.

Eight Cousins or The Aunt-Hill was published in 1875 by American novelist Louisa May Alcott. The subject is the story of Rose Campbell, a lonely and sickly girl who has recently been orphaned and has to live with her virginal aunt (who still has a guardian), the mistress of her wealthy Boston family. Rose's guardian, Alec, takes care of Rose when her uncle returns from abroad. Through his unorthodox theories about her parenting, she becomes happier and healthier while finding her place in her family, which consists of her seven male cousins and numerous aunts and uncles. She also befriends her aunt's young housekeeper, Phebe.
