Little Men, or Life at Plumfield with Jo's Boys는 미국 작가 Louisa May Alcott(1832?1888)의 어린이 소설로 Roberts Brothers가 1871년에 처음 출판했다. 이 책은 그녀의 1868~69년 2권짜리 소설 〈작은 아씨들〉의 등장인물을 재현하고 속편 또는 비공식 작은 아씨들 3부작의 두 번째 책이다. 3부작은 Alcott의 1886년 소설 Jo's Boys, and How They Turned Out: A Sequel to Little Men으로 끝난다. 이야기는 남편인 Jo Bhaer와 Plumfield Estate School의 다양한 아이들의 삶을 자세히 이야기 한다.
