In Part 2, White Fang experiences his first contact with human society and the development of complex relationships with humans. Initially captured by humans, White Fang passes through the hands of various owners, enduring much abuse and suffering. However, he eventually meets a master who provides genuine affection and care. This part focuses on the psychological and emotional changes and growth White Fang undergoes as he adapts to the human world, ultimately finding stability with a loving owner, referred to as 'the love-master.' During this process, White Fang also experiences conflicts between his instincts and loyalty, coming to understand the meanings of love and loyalty.
