Tip, a young boy, escapes from the witch Mombi and begins a journey with Jack Pumpkinhead and the Saw-Horse, both brought to life by magical powder. They head toward the Emerald City, only to find it overtaken by General Jinjur and her rebellious army. The Scarecrow and Tin Woodman return to aid them, forming a growing alliance. Amid the turmoil in Oz, they plan an escape and search for a solution. This part sets the stage with adventure, resistance, and unlikely friendships.
