Dorothy meets the Shaggy Man, who is lost near her Kansas home, and they begin a journey together to find their way. Along the way, they encounter the confused boy Button-Bright and the sky fairy Polychrome, who join their group. Together, they travel through magical and mysterious lands that eventually lead them toward Oz. Each companion brings a unique personality and story, and through their travels, they discover the value of friendship and courage. In the end, they are warmly welcomed into the Land of Oz to celebrate Princess Ozma’s birthday.
