Young Tip creates Jack Pumpkinhead and brings him to life with a magical powder. Together, they escape and continue their journey by animating a wooden Saw-Horse, eventually meeting the Scarecrow. Meanwhile, General Jinjur leads a revolt to take over the Emerald City. Tip and his friends, including the Tin Woodman and the Woggle-Bug, form a team to reclaim the kingdom. Their adventures unfold across the enchanting Land of Oz.
