Dot and a boy named Tot set sail on a toy boat and are swept into the magical land of Merryland. They pass under cliffs and meet a watchdog before entering various enchanting valleys. Each valley, from the Clown Country to the Doll Valley, presents whimsical and surreal adventures. Eventually, they meet the Queen of Merryland, who guides them through her wondrous kingdom.
