Peter, a boy from Philadelphia, embarks on a magical journey through Oz with a mysterious pirate's sack. He encounters chimney villains and ventures through the frightening Scare City. Along the way, he befriends the Iffin and the bearded Baron Belfaygor. Their quest brings them to the Forbidden Flagon and the puzzling city of Baffleburg.
