Scraps encounters the Sultan of Suds, and with the help of the loyal Oztrich, Peter and his companions press onward. They pass through Tune Town with its singing streets, aided by Ozwold and friends, only to face Kuma’s schemes once again. Meanwhile, mystery brews in the Emerald City as the Magic Belt is stolen, pushing events to their peak. The Wizard steps in to make the Gnome King visible, and Peter is ultimately made a Prince of Oz. The latter half brings resolution as justice is restored and Peter’s new royal role cements a balance in the magical land of Oz.
