“Green Tea” follows Reverend Jennings, whose growing nervous disorder is documented by Dr. Hesselius with clinical curiosity. Jennings becomes haunted by the recurring apparition of a demonic black monkey that seems both psychological and supernatural. He convinces himself that the visions were triggered by excessive consumption of green tea, worsening his obsession and fear. As isolation deepens, Hesselius interprets the case as a blend of spiritual disturbance and mental collapse. The story portrays how fragile the human mind can be when confronted with unseen forces that erode one’s grasp on reality.
